What we provide

Frameworthy turns listing photographs you supply into a walkthrough video. You keep ownership of your photographs. You receive full rights to use the delivered video in your listings and marketing, with no further payment to us.

The photographs you upload

You confirm that you own the photographs you upload or have permission to use them for marketing this property, and that you may authorize us to process them. Listing photography is very often the photographer’s copyright rather than the agent’s or the seller’s, so this is worth checking before you upload. You are responsible for having that right; we cannot verify it for you.

What we will not do

We do not fabricate architecture. We do not deliver a tour that adds or removes rooms, doorways, windows or walls, and we do not repair, beautify or stage the property. Existing wear, stains and damage are preserved deliberately. Where a photograph cannot be animated without altering the structure, we deliver a camera move across the unaltered still instead.

What AI generation means, honestly

Motion is generated by AI models from your photographs, and those models can get fine detail wrong. We review delivered work against the source photographs precisely to catch that, and we would rather ship an obvious still pan than a convincing invention. But no review is perfect, and you must watch the delivered video and confirm it represents the property accurately before you publish it. Pay particular attention to small text such as house numbers and signage.

If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it, see below. Do not publish a tour you have not checked.

Disclosure and your advertising rules

Delivered tours carry a disclosure that motion was AI-generated from photographs. You remain responsible for complying with the advertising rules of your MLS, your board and your state, including any additional disclosure they require.

What we cannot promise

We cannot guarantee that every room renders as motion. Some will ship as camera moves across a still. That is a quality floor we apply on purpose rather than a defect, and on its own it is not grounds for a refund.

Price and payment

Walkthroughs are $99 per listing — $49 for the first listing on an account, applied automatically at checkout — unless we have agreed something else with you in writing. Volume and brokerage arrangements are available, see pricing or get in touch. Payment is due before we deliver the finished tour.

Fixes and refunds

If a delivered room misrepresents the property, tell us and we will redo it at no cost. If we cannot deliver a tour that represents the property accurately, you get your money back for that listing. Beyond those two cases, refunds are handled case by case.

Your account

You are responsible for the Google account you sign in with and for what is done through your session. Tell us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, for example uploading material you have no right to, or flooding the render queue.

Using your work as samples

We will not publish your property as a public sample without asking you first.

Limits on our liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but not with a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a walkthrough is limited to what you paid us for that walkthrough, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost sales or lost commission. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This does not reduce your own responsibility for what you publish. If you publish a tour without checking it and it misrepresents a property, that is on you, not on us.

Ending it

You can stop using Frameworthy whenever you like and ask us to delete your account and your files, see the privacy policy. We may stop offering the service, in which case we will give you notice and a chance to download anything you still want.

Text messages (SMS program)

Program: Frameworthy Labs listing-video outreach, sent from (210) 934-9776. We text licensed real-estate agents at the business number they publish on an active listing, to offer a sample walkthrough video of that listing.

Frequency: one introductory message and at most one follow-up. After that we only reply to messages you send us. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out: reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, REMOVE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, or simply tell us you are not interested, and you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Opt-outs are permanent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your number and messages is described in the privacy policy; no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell the email address on your account if the change is significant. The terms that apply to a walkthrough are the ones in force when you ordered it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
