Questions agents anywhere in the US ask

Can I get a virtual tour in my state without a scan appointment?

Yes, anywhere in the US. A photos-to-video walkthrough is made from the photos already on the listing, so nobody visits the property. Texas, Georgia, Florida: upload the photos, order the rooms, and the tour is usually back the same day.

Is this allowed on the MLS in my state?

The output contains no fabricated architecture, which is the line most boards care about. Rules vary by board and state, so check yours. Disclose where you post it that the motion was generated from your photographs; one line in the remarks or the caption is enough.

What does a virtual tour cost anywhere in the US?

$99 per listing, up to 20 rooms, delivered in 16:9 for the MLS and 9:16 and 1:1 for social. $99 per listing, charged once at checkout. The price is the same in every market.

Is this a 3D tour I can click through?

No. It is a guided walkthrough video in the room order you choose, delivered in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1. It plays on the listing, in a text to the seller and on social, which a 3D tour link does not.
