Why agents across Texas use it

Made in Texas, for Texas listings

Frameworthy is a Dallas shop. The tours get tested on North Texas listings we have to sell ourselves before any agent sees them.

One price from El Paso to Beaumont

There is no crew to send, so the price does not change with the drive. A listing in Lubbock costs the same as one in Frisco, and neither waits on a calendar.

Nothing invented

Every clip is checked against its source photo. No added doorways, windows or rooms. When a photo cannot move honestly, you get a slow pan across the real still instead.

What agents say

“Looks great! ... You're amazing! Thank you so much! I'll touch base soon for the next listing.”

Marge Cid, Listing agent · San Antonio, TX

“That's impressive ... That's a really good deal!”

Markets with their own page

A market gets its own page once we have delivered tours there. Everywhere else works the same way; it just does not have a local page yet.

Also serving Houston, Austin, El Paso, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, the Rio Grande Valley: same upload, same price, same hours.

Pricing across Texas

Same walkthrough, same three cuts, same branding, in every market. No seats, nothing that renews. Three-a-month, volume and brokerage pricing on the pricing page.

Questions agents across Texas ask

Do you work in Texas?

Yes, across Texas. Everything is made from the photos already on the listing, so there is no crew to send and no travel in the price. Houston, Austin, El Paso: same upload, same hours, same $99.

Is this allowed on the MLS in Texas?

The output contains no fabricated architecture, which is the line most boards care about. In Texas that means SABOR MLS (San Antonio), NTREIS (Dallas-Fort Worth), HAR (Houston), Unlock MLS (Austin): each publishes its own media rules, so check yours. Disclose where you post it that the motion was generated from your photographs; the disclosure guide has the line.

What does a listing video cost across Texas?

$99 per listing, up to 20 rooms, delivered in 16:9 for the MLS and 9:16 and 1:1 for social. $99 per listing, charged once at checkout. The price is the same in every market.

Will it invent rooms or fix the house?

No, and we check rather than promise. Every clip is compared against your original photo, and anything that adds a doorway, window, hallway or room gets rejected before you see it. When a photo cannot move without inventing something, we deliver a slow pan across the real still. A listing video that lies about a floor plan is worse than no video.
